Centenarians from the Southern Georgia Region
Do you know someone who will be 100 years of age or older this year? The DHS Division of Aging Services needs your help to identify and recognize Georgia's centenarians.
To request a certificate of recognition and lapel pin for the centenarian in your life, please follow the 2 steps below:
1. Send an
email to the
DAS Community
Resource Manager.
2. Complete the
Centenarian Recognition
Request Form.
You will be contacted within 2 business days to acknowledge receipt of your request. If you do not hear from DAS within 2 business days, please call the Community Resource Manager at (404) 657-1515.
Thank you for helping us to honor the men and women who have built Georgia's families and communities.
Become a Volunteer
"Volunteering is an American tradition, and I am pleased to celebrate the contributions of all volunteers, but especially those who serve older Americans and their families all across this country. Whether you deliver a meal, look out for the interests of nursing home residents, or help seniors recognize and report Medicare and Medicaid fraud, what you do makes a difference." - Assistant Secretary for Aging Kathy Greenlee
